UPDATE: The Realm of Stolen Money

Well what do you know, after my onslaught of emails to every department I could find available through their company website and shortly after my original blog positing, I got a nice reply to an email that I sent to them back on the 26th of December. The good news is, they have agreed to refund my money. The bad news is, no one has given me an explanation as to why my numerous attempts to open lines of communication with their company for weeks on end has gone unanswered, or as to why they still felt the need to charge my credit card for months on end after I closed my account.

I find it a little disturbing that one would have to go to such matters that I had to go to just to get a company to acknowledge that there was a problem. My words of advice still stand, if you can, go play World of Warcraft instead! ;)
